When the Indian population was lost in the haze of the World Cup glory... when the IPL fervor was ready to take on the Indians... One person rose, with such determination and discipline that he awakened the entire Nation... He united the aged, young and the children alike.
He sat at Jantar Mantar, the Heart of the Nation, with unwaivering patience and strong resolution, without food for more than four days... He gave the Congress Govt. all the time they needed, but denied to compromise with the nation's welfare.
Almost overnight, A revolution spread all over the Nation... and the Indians who had for years stood divided over petty things, came together to fight for the cause of their nation.
When the Indians denied to give up, the Govt. had to finally bow down to their rightful demands. And thus ended A five day struggle, that in History will be remembered as the beginning of a Renaissance.
69 years after Gandhiji's QUIT INDIA movement, (Also Known as Bharat Chodo Andolan or the Civil Disobedience movement of 1942) a powerful movement started in India. This time it was a STOP CORRUPTION movement. After 59 years of exploiting the constitution, the Politicians still hesitated to bow down to a anti-corruption law. Once again a Mahatma called Anna Hazaare led us. He shook us awake and once again remindethe Indians of the strength of Unity and Satyagraha.
Today on 9th April, We stand with a new resolution. We the people of India, have finally and solemnly resolved to give to ourselves a Corruption Free India...
Salutes to the Anna Hazare... for bringing a disillusioned nation together and streamlining the voice of a nation as varied and as seperated as India!

I was in the process of designing this blog and wondering what my first post should be about. At the same time... a name "Anna Hazare" was stirring up the nation. Little did I realize then, that this name would become so consequential that the entire nation would stand with him in Satyagraha...
yes indeed.. he is the Mahatma, tat our country so desperately needed. it is amazing how quickly he was able to assemble the whole nation behind him for a noble cause. he articulated his dream so clearly, and it was such a noble cause, that no patriotic Indian could say no to it...
also, one should not forget the efforts of other eminent personalities like Kiran Bedi, Swami Agnivesh etc who played an equally important role in making the govt capitulate before this mass movement.
This is just the beginning.Still lot of effort is needed to realize the dream. Youth should learn from "Anna Hazare" and follow him.
Gud luck to both of u( Annaji and Priyanka Ji):-) :-)....1st implementation, then action and finally result...If we will get some output from this then only it is worth.....But thanks and good wishes for taking initiative....Jai ho Anna and Priyanaka :-):-) :-)
